Shipping Rates:


All shipping is free (Economy shipping) with a purchase over $US 50.

Free shipping applies to orders in the continental United States only. For all other shipping destinations regular shipping rates apply.
 
Expedited orders placed by 1 PM PST Monday thru Friday and it will ship same day.
 
Expedited orders placed after 1 PM PST it will ship the next business day.
 
Economy orders can take 1-3 days to ship.
 
Orders may be subject to verification which may result in delayed shipping.
 
UPS is our primary shipping provider for all domestic orders. You will be able to track your order on UPS.com.
 
Pro Ski and Mountain Service charges State Sales Tax if your order will ship to a location in Washington State.
 
In Store Pick Up:
Click the In Store Pick Up shipping option you will also be able to drop by our store at 108 West North Bend Way to pick up your item(s) as soon as you complete the order!  You can expect the same great service you would receive if you buy the products right in the store. ALASKA / HAWAII: Economy and Ground shipping is not available.  Expedited delivery times are not guaranteed by UPS.

Oversized Packages: If your package is oversized (like skis or snowboards) and the shipping charges are different than advertised, we will contact you for approval before shipping the merchandise.

International Shipping We are pleased to offer our online shopping services to customers around the world.  Shipping rates can vary depending on item from quoted price in shopping cart,  for more details or a specific quote please contact us.  
 
Please note that when selecting USPS as your international shipping option:

     -USPS First Class Package International service does NOT include tracking or insurance.  
     -USPS Priority Mail International service includes tracking and insurace up to $200
 
We CANNOT ship internationally to Mexico, Russia, Indonesia, Nigeria, Morocco or Israel.

Duties, Taxes and Brokerage If we are shipping to an address outside of the United States, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may apply.Duties and taxes on international orders will be assessed by local officials and billed to you separately. Please contact your customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.

Refusing Delivery If you choose to abandon your package and we do not receive the product back, we cannot credit you. If you abandon or return your package, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.For more information, please Email us at info@proskiservice.com
 
Payment:   We accept all major credit cards and Paypal for online transactions.  We will gladly accept a wire transfer. Please email us at info@proskiservice.com for wire transfer instructions.

Price matching: Pro Ski and Mountain Service has a very competitive pricing policy. If you find an identical product at a lower price and in stock on another site, we'll match the price.

An identical product means:  The product is from the same year, has the same color, is the same size, is in the same new condition, is in stock at the competitors site and the competitor is based in the USA. We will not match any prices that are marked at over 40% below the suggested retail price or prices of products that are listed on Auction sites such as ebay etc. We do not match prices on gift cards. If a competitor drops their price on the same item within 7 days of your purchase, we will extend the difference to you as a store credit. You cannot combine a price match with other promotions, like a free gift or coupon code. Online store credit can only be redeemed over the phone or in person in the store. Please call us at 425 888 6397. Orders shipped to the State of Washington where we have a physical retail location will be charged the applicable sales tax after the price has been adjusted. 

If you found a better price:  Simply call (425 888 6397) or email us at info@proskiservice.com and let us know that you'd like to do a price match. Let us know where you saw the product for less. Now place an order for the product on proskiservice.com. Then send us an email within 24 hours with a link to the web site where the product is on sale for a lower price. We will adjust the price for you.

Returns: Your satisfaction is our success, so every item we sell comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If you decide that your new or unused item is not going to work out, you have up to 30 days to return your purchase.  We will set you up for an exchange if desired or a refund for the full purchase price.  Simple.

Exchanges: To exchange your item for something else, it is best to return your item for a full refund and place a new order through our website. That way you get your new item quickly and don't risk it selling out.  As always, feel free to give us a call to set up your exchange or have any questions.
 
Layaway:  We do not offer layaway online but we do offer it in store.  Please contact us if you would like more information at info@proskiservice.com Initial layaway deposit is 50% of the transaction amount and payments must be made at a minimum every 30 days, minimum payment amount is 25% of original transaction amount.  After a layaway has begun no price matching can be applied to the item(s).  If the transaction is not completed within 180 days the item will be returned to inventory and your deposit amount will be converted to store credit.   

Important qualifiers: All items must be returned in their original condition, including the manufacturer's packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories. Packages must be returned to within 30 days of the obtaining your RA number. Buyers are responsible for return shipping and insurance, except in the event of a shipping error on our part. We strongly suggest obtaining a tracking number. *We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee or refuse a return if any of the above conditions are not met.
